Shipping & Delivery

Elan Extensions LLC ships all orders from our distribution center in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Retail Orders: Once order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 days for your payment to process. We use UPS Ground for standard delivery (4 business days). If you need expedited shipping please select UPS Air (1 to 2 business days).

Wholesale Orders: Processing & Production time is normally between 15- 40 days. Once Elan Extensions receives your order, we quality control it to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered with no defects.

We ship directly to the address you provided on your order within 2 days after.

We are available to take your order and answer your questions from 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.

Elan Extensions LLC ships most products directly to our stylist, who are then responsible for delivering the products to their clientele. If you have issues with a product or shipment, contact your distributor first.

Once package is received by UPS the responsibility of the package is on UPS not ELAN EXTENSIONS LLC. (contact their customer service support if any issues arise during shipment)

Please make sure to follow your tracking number, signature is required to accept the package.

UPS Air: Next Business Day Morning 
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. While exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, most deliveries are by 10:30am and others by 12:00pm. Some rural or remote areas can take longer. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Shipping Rates

The charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. We ship through a variety of carriers to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery.  

Important Shipping Information

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please Contact Us for assistance with correcting an address on an order you have placed.

Tracking Your Package

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipment confirmation. It will also provide a shipment tracking number, with easy links to the shipping carrier’s websites, so you can track the status of your order. Contact Us if you need help tracking your order.
